Background of photo
Category: Sports

Assignment #2

I got the inspiration from my everyday life, wanted to just take pictures of the simplest objects I can find when I travel around. Below are 2 pictures which I liked best among all I that I took. Both of them seems to have an interesting ambiguous effect such that viewers will not certainly know what is it until I reveal the answer to them.

Drain [I thought this looked like window blinds or some parts of an air-conditioner] Coffee Bean Chair [This one felt like a snake skin or a dustbin]

Assignment #1 (Photogram)

I feel this photogram portrays out the most of me because it shows a sports enthusiast and perhaps, a basketball fanatic. I love basketball and I have been playing it for many years. It has appeared in many of my assignments before and everytime I find pleasure in doing something related to it.

Also, this is appropriate because i'm also very into sports brands such as Nike and Adidas. I always dress as if I am being sponsored by them but the truth is, I like their products and I always purchase them even though they cost quite a bit.

This piece gives a very sporty feeling, especially of a locker room or a gym bag.

Self Assessment: 70/100
As commented by Mr Reddy, I also agree that this piece of work lacks experimentation and it could have been better if I had played around with the placement of items.
